Prices changed , can it automatically reprice on appointments?

We have a salon… stylists future  appointments are booked. However we did a price increase on their services… why does this not automatically populate to all existing appointments? (Ex haircuts were $58 the price went to $63…. Now I want all haircuts to reflect $63🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️)

I know with this economy prices for everything around us are constantly changing. However, at this time, part of our booking flow includes your customer agreeing to the price of the service they are selecting. My suggestion here would be to either change your appointments to variable pricing or add the handy text that most service providers include; "All Prices are subject to change without prior notice" 

 

Now, in regard to current appointments, we are unable to update the prices there as customers agreed to the price that was listed at the time. This should in no way prevent you from contacting your customers and letting them know of price changes. 

 

One last thing I can recommend is submitting a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request. 

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
