My client accidentally opted out of receiving texts - how do I add them back?
I am having clients accidentally opting out of getting text . They want to be added back but system won’t let me . Help

Hi @Lam_111 !
The easiest way for your customers to get back in the text messaging loop is have them have a receipt texted to them or to sign up for the loyalty program the next time they're in your shop.
Otherwise, you can manually add their number back in. Head to the Customers section of your dashboard then click on the name of the customer. On the screen that pops up you can click Edit next to Personal Information and enter their phone number there.
I recommend letting them do it, though, to save you the hassle of the inevitable "I didn't sign up for text messaging!" conversations.....

Thank you it does I do not use loyalty program . I will try sending Receipt .
