First of all, I wanted to welcome you to the Seller Community, we are happy to have you here.
Now in regards to integrations, most if not all integrations would need to be initiated by the 3rd party company (in this case GoDaddy). I know for a fact that GoDaddy integrates with Square on their eCommerce part of the business (Website Builder/Online Store) but I haven't seen or heard anything in regards to integrating with Square on any other of their platforms or services.
I would suggest reaching out to their Bookkeeping team to see if they do have future plans on integrating Square into their service.
