Items importing Issue

When I tried to import thousands of items into POS, the system's warning always came out like the picture showed. I don't know how to figure it out.

Any help will be appreciated.

What format are you using to try and upload the file (CSV or Excel)? Also what internet browser are you using?

I'm having the exact same issue but see the moderator @Alex_ never came back with a fix. Did you manage to get it sorted @happybuy ? or @Alex_ could you let us know what to do please? Thank you
