When I schedule an appointment I can see what past/upcoming appointments have been scheduled. Is there any other way to view that information? Thanks!

Hi @npha, good question. You can see your individual customer's history from your Clients page. Select the client you'd like to view, and you find their past and upcoming appointments below their contact details. Hope that helps!

At this time, there isn't an option for the customer to log in and view their appointment history. As a workaround, your customer could refer to previous appointments using their email notifications as long as they haven't deleted them. Out of curiosity, can you share some more information on why this feature would be helpful for your business? I'd like to get more details over to our Product Liaison team. 🙂

Sure! My clients are accustomed to booking several appointments into the future because my books fill up quickly. I am currently using a system in which they can log in and view previous appointment dates and all future appointments they have booked in one place. We have found it to be a useful feature.
I am still comparing Square appointments with other systems and haven't made a decision yet. We would love to use the Square platform because we currently use it for our CC processing, but there are other features I would love to see implemented. Can I pass those along, as well?

My clients book an entire year in advance. They don't like to save all those emails. They've been booking online with me for 10 years and are used to being able to see all their booked/cancelled appointments online. I'm getting push-back for this lack of feature.

It's not possible to see every appointment that was scheduled during a certain time frame. At this time you're only able to see appointment history per customer as Spenser mentions on this thread.
Please let us know if any other questions come up!
