Is there a way to make a customer retention report or new customer report?

Is there a way to make a customer retention report or new customer report? I am trying to see how accurate my PAST 30 DAYS thing is on my dashboard, and hoping to have a way to make a report on how many new guests came in in a certain period of time.

Hello @KateWattsHair and thanks for your question. There are several places that will give you this information. The first is on your Square Dashboard. If you go to your Customer menu on the side of the screen, you'll be able to see "Insights":

There is also an email that Square sends me every month that shows me this data below. Although it looks like it is generated from a report, I do not think this can be self-generated. Somehow Square generates this data, but I do not know where you can generate this data/chart yourself. I often save the monthly email recap that Square emails to me.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately,  I find these inaccurate.  When I manually count, the nimbers i get and the insighta numbers do not match and are incorrect.
