This really needs to be addressed. I’ve been doing a lot of research about how to convert items into services and so many people have this problem in the sellers community and in person with my business friends. It’s very frustrating for me, and for my clients as well. I’ve been trying to find my way around it for months. There needs to be a way to add just as many options to services, as you can to items. I offer many services with way too many options for clients to add on to the overall service, and the service list doesn’t provide that. Only the item list. honestly I don’t think anyone who has a service based business has the time to manually go in and convert them. Every time I try, it’s a waste an hours I don’t have and I get nowhere with my booking site. The way that you can add options onto items is super convenient, but there’s no way to add that to services to put on the website. the way that the website editor platform is now merged with the appointments don’t sync well together. I don’t want my website to be all of my services taking up the whole page and I don’t see any way to put them into columns or anything. Also, why can’t I change the “add to cart” button to a “book now” button? so that once again, clients don’t have to scroll and scroll just to find what they want to book for. It’s very confusing. Pls help lol.
