Hello! I own a 3000 sq. ft. second hand store and boutique in Washington State. The items we sell are mostly new w tags or very gently loved kids & maternity clothing with 0 damage. Our industry was BOOMING until Covid hit. We still filter thousands of items each week through our brick & mortar Resale Store but due to shut down orders in Wa. State, our customers want more items to choose from online (the demand is HIGH) but there is no feature to implement bulk inventory on individual posts and posts take 4× as long as other online Resale outlets (Poshmark,Mercari,Thred Up, Marketplace) and I am beyond frustrated. We love Square service for our store (they reign) but when it comes to Online Service, I am beyond disappointed in their lack of options and overall speed in posting inventory. How is it They've missed the boat completely here? Bulk deletions should NOT take several minutes either. Is this a joke? How has your experience been? They've got to fix this! I know it isn't my issue because the speed on other sites is lightning fast in posts & deletions. If they stepped up their game, we would all increase business profits exponentially. Including, THEM. HELP!!! #Beyondfrustrated
Doesn't Square realize in 10 years, Resale is predicted to be a billion dollar industry??
