Is it possible to share a specific report with someone, like an employee or a business partner?

I created a custom report that shows sales for a specific category of items. I need to share this report with a business partner, who only needs to see this specific report. We do not want them to see any other reports, so we need a way for them to just see this one report either by enabling them to login and view it or by having the report sent to them via email on a daily basis. Can anyone help?
