Hi! Two things I'm wondering:
1. Is there a way to add a reoccuring billing for monthly services on a card?
2. We'd also like to keep a paper inventory sheet for drinks/snacks purchases made during the week and then manually charge cards at the end of each week, say Friday, with payment method on file. Is there a way to do this also?
**NOTE: We are not currently open for business, I just wanted to get this squared away, no pun, on how to do this prior to opening.
Thanks.

Hi there!
Yes, you can set up recurring Invoices. In your dashboard, click on Invoices, then on the left panel there is a recurring option that will allow you to setup a recurring invoice.
You COULD keep a paper inventory, but you could also keep a running invoice and just save the draft until you are ready to charge. This may be more of a hassle for you though. Anyway, you will have to send your client an initial invoice with the "Allow customer to save a card on file" option checked at the bottom of the invoice. Once they input their info, you will be able to charge the card when needed.
Hope this helps!

Welcome to Square and to the Seller Communty @axl_athetlics!
I just wanted to add to @ACAcatering's reply and let you know you can save your customer's card on file without sending them in invoice or taking a payment. If you need to, you can save card information from the Customers section of the Point of Sale app or from the Customers section of your online Dashboard.
Also hope this helps!

How can I make an item a reoccurring invoice so my sales team can select the item and not have to set up a reoccurring invoice each sale?
