Inventory Disappearing and Website not showing products

 I have noticed that my website unshows products if I sell one in my brick and mortar store, this happens even when we have more items in stock. 

 

We also have inventory numbers changing when we have not sold the item. I am not sure what is going on and was wondering if this was only happening with our store.

That sounds very odd. This should only happen if you make a sale in your brick and mortar store and your inventory reaches 0. 

 

Could there be mobile sales that are impacting your inventory?

 

I haven't heard of any reports about this up until now, so everything should be working as normal. Was this still happening?

My products have disappeared all of a sudden. This is going to cause me sales losses as class enrollment was supposed to happen today

You should be able to see all of your items in the Item Library of your Dashboard, or the Items tab of your app.
