If I have completed "other" transactions can I recover my money?

Apologies for the confusion here! When the "other" tender option is used to process a sale, Square does not actually process any funds. The option, as well as the "cash" option are there strictly for organizational purposes.
When an "other" payment is entered into your Square Register, no credit card or payment information is record as the "other" tender is meant to track payment methods like check, gift certificates or other forms of payments. If you didn't collect funds at the time of payment, you will need to reach out directly to your customer.
