I want to have an employee create invoices but...

I do not them to be able to see the Paid in Last 30 Days information at the top of the page or the Outstanding Payments or Drafts Total either. 

 

Will this information also show if I give them access? Or can I make it not visible to managers?

Hi @omieland - Checking the Manage and Create Invoices box within your Employee Permissions will allow your employee to access the information within your Invoices tab. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to restrict access to Invoices without taking away the ability to create one as well. Do you mind sharing any details regarding why this is necessary to your business? If so, I can pass on your feedback to our Invoices team. 🤙🏼

Hello Puka, 

 

I would find it neccesary because I would rather not have certain employees being aware of the amount of money that invoices brought in in the last 30 days or know how much is pending. Although they could go through and calculate on their own, I would feel much more comfortable if it did not immediately reveal all the totals from recent purchases and future ones so blatantly on the invoice page.
