I set up two accounts, how do I delete the one that I'm not using?

I have 2 accounts set up and want to delete the one that has not been used. How do i do this as I can't see any options!

I can't deactivate my second account.  Super annoying.  I've contacted Square with no resolution.  I created two by mistake.  One i use and one I've never used at all.  When i try and deactivate it, I get the error message: 

Unable to disable your account

It looks like your application to accept credit cards was declined. We are unable to complete your deactivation.

 

But i've never done anything with this account.  I DO have a Weebly account i used with this same email which i've also tried to delete and can't....thinking this might be the problem.

 

HELP!!!
