How to

I’m new and I’m trying to add a staff member but can’t it will only allow me to add a employee then charge me $50. I have appointment free. In my settings though it says I have 1 but don’t. The free appointment is supposed to allow me unlimited staff. I’m confused

Thanks. I saw that but the people at square said should be unlimited but I’ll upgrade to plus.

Thanks I saw that but this is what’s confusing me under free says “unlimited staff accounts” same for all 3. But I can’t. Articles say I should be able to but only “employees “ option I have m. Maybe I have to wait till 4/26?
