Hello,
I'm trying to provide a free/promo photo shoot for certain customers. I want them to be able t schedule through my Square appointment portal via a direct (non-publicized link). I don't want the general public to see the "Free 1-hour Photo Shoot" service in my list of appointment services.
Ideally, I would be able to distribute a promo code for the regulary service. This would prevent me from having to create free versions of each of my services (and doubling the number of items I have to maintain).
Alternatively, I'd settle for turning off visibility of the free services and still being able to distribute a direct link to the free services.

Hey @candidglass, welcome to the seller community!
Thanks for bringing this up. While we do not currently offer the ability to create a promotion code that leads to a free booking with restricted visibility in Square Appointments, I'll be sure to surface this post with our Product Liaison team.
For now, what you're doing by creating the free services and manually scheduling client appointments is the best way to get this done.
Appreciate your patience as we're always working to streamline our services based on seller feedback. Please let us know if anything else comes up. 🙂

When I first began using Square, I had a select population with whom we wanted to share a link allowing them access to a VIP option through which no payment for service was required. When customers visit our scheduling page, this option is not visibile to them; the only way it was accessible was through a link created and sent to our VIP clients. I am trying to replicate this for a similar promotion/offer with a new client group and cannot, for the life of me, remember how to go about generating the link once I added the item to my library. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi @CarwashJC
I've moved your post over to this existing thread, as one of your fellow sellers asked about this as well.
It sounds like you might've had a separate booking page just for those specific clients.
There's a workaround included in the answer that was posted previously, but one other workaround I've seen used is to create an entirely separate account and booking page for you VIP clients.
Hopefully we can make some improvements around this and get something rolled out in the future. If anything new comes up we'll definitely post a product update.

Hello,
A friend was showing me some other software for scheduling. How he has members and client schedule is by link specific to the package or course they have purchased. I would like to do something very similar as I have physical therapy patients, preventative service patients, personal training, and course support sessions. I would like to simplify scheduling for the client by providing them with a link so they do not see all the services offered when they go to schedule. Please assist, thank you.

Just following this conversation, as this would be extremely helpful.
We have regular customers who are able to book a specific service our website doesn't list. We would love to be able to make this available by using a specific booking link we could send to them that still doesn't list it publicly (so you can only get to it with the link).

I need this option too. I want to be able to share the link to a special offer only for those that like our facebook/instagram and come from there. I do not want that offer to be visible to anyone that comes to the booking page. what is the best way to do this?
