How to disable client scheduling their own appointments?

I don't want my customers to be able to schedule their own appointments or for that matter request appointments at all? Is there anyway to go about that.

Hi @Careffex

 

The only way your clients would be able to book or schedule their own appointments with you is if they have the link to your online booking site.

 

Additionally, you can toggle off the "Online Booking Visibility" for each service that you've created in your Square Appointments Dashboard, this way they won't be listed as available to be booked if existing clients already have your online booking link.
