How to collapse modifiers on Square Online
Hello everyone. I have a café site and I want to streamline/ auto collapse the modifiers on our online ordering. Customers are scrolling though about two pages of modifiers before hitting the add to order button and often times selecting things on accident. It's becoming a real issue for us.
Can someone help direct us where we can change how the modifiers are displayed so its more like the 'Select an Option' tab (a list pops out of our cup sizes)
Thanks in advance.

HI @ReCoffee. I am in a similar boat — an ice cream shop with 88 flavors, 50 toppings and even more other options. My POS and online store require lots of scrolling. Unfortunately, currently defaulting to collapsed modifier lists is not available. I’ve put in a feature request for this to be an option on both the POS and in the online store. But, at this time, I’ve not heard back from the product teams as to when, or even if, this might get onto the product roadmap.

Thanks for your feedback! Surely, there has to be a way to collapse everything? This issue was not too big of a problem originally with minimal options, after adding more flavors it’s herrings out of hand, but now we have been looking at other platforms because we have so many errors in ordering that people are getting frustrated and not ordering all together.
