How to add a loyalty program for a service and not an item?
Hi, we're a salon that offers services and sells products in store.
We would like to add a loyalty program that's set up for our services instead of our products.
Does anyone know how to set this up?
We seen the option when we first set up Square but no longer see it available.

At this time, the your customers can only earn Loyalty points by visit, amount spent, a specific item, or any item in a category. It sounds like you may want to consider creating a category, label it "services" and then make sure that it's applied to the appropriate service items. Then, you can activate the Loyalty program by heading over to your Loyalty tab > Settings > edit the Rule Value > Earn By > Any Item in a Category > Save Rule.
