How to: Create Fixed Appointments and conditionally block out availability.

We are a charter boat service that offers 3 different tours. We want to be able to offer these tours at fixed times.

We have:
All Day Tour - 10 Hours (starts at 9am)
Half day - 5 Hours (starts at 9am or 12pm)
Dusk - 3 Hours (starts at 4pm)

Also, if an all day tour is selected, we need to disable all other openings. This should be possible by setting appoinment duration.

Our question is:

Are fixed start times even possible with Square Appointments? Ex. I can book a half-day, but must choose either 9am or 12pm. Or, I choose full day, but the time must be 9am start.

What you'd want to do is set the service duration for a full day for the entirety of your business hours. This way, when an all day service is booked, it will remove the ability to book that days time block. 

So long as you have the correct service duration and business hours, you should be good!
