The title of this post has been edited from the original: Appointment Scheduling with Different Time Zone Clients
I mainly book virtual consultations with clients out of state and sometimes out of the country. When I input their virtual consultation appointment on my calendar, will it automatically "book" their appointment for their time zone, too? Or just mine?
I just don't want any confusion on their part. An appointment may be booked for 9:30am my time on my calendar, but I need it to confirm 10:30am their time for example. How do I do this?

Hello and welcome to the Seller Community, @Jhernandez 👋
You can now set up the time zone selection to choose what your clients see when they go to your booking site to make an appointment. Just head over to the Appointments settings page of your Square Dashboard, and you should see the Online Booking Preferences section once you've clicked into that link - it'll look like this:
Within the Customer booking timezone section, you can select between Allow customers to choose timezone when booking and Lock booking timezone to business timezone. I hope this helps clarify how time zones currently function with Square Appointments!

So, one huge issue for me is so many of my contacts are NOT in the USA and for some reason you all only have USA time zones in there. When will that get changed to put in time zones and also to stop the block on the phone number section if they do not have a US phone #. My out of country clients are not able to easily schedule and that is why I moved here and now I may have to move again after realizing that this only caters to US??
