Our nonprofit's volunteers accept raffle entry fees as Mobile Staff. Are there different instructions for volunteers who are existing Square users to accept our emailed invitation to become our Mobile Staff in addition to their existing Square account(s)? They are having trouble with the standard instructions that assume they are not existing Square users.

The most common issue that existing Square sellers run into is that they try to sign up for a mobile staff account using the same email address as their personal account.
You can't use the same email address for two Square accounts, so they'll need to use a different email address if they have one.
Also, the invites themselves can sometimes be filtered out by the employees spam filters. If they're not seeing the invites at all, have them check their Spam or Junk folder.

I got an email from my church to join their POS so that I can assist with sales when needed. However, I am unable to actually access their POS from my phone or from my desktop. Please help! I need access to this VERY soon and the staff that granted access are currently in Australia!

There is also detailed information in our Support Center about how to sign up and accept payments as Mobile Staff from your invitation. But if you're still having trouble please let me know!
