How do you pay yourself as an employee?
I have a sole proprietor LLC currently but I do have a 1099 contractor working for me, whom I pay through Square. Will Form 1099-MISC (PDF) be sent to the contractor by Square? How do I as the owner get notified and copies of this?

Hello @DivineStyle!
Square Payroll will generate and file a 1099-MISC for each contractor at the end of the year. We will mail the 1099-MISC to the mailing address provided for each of your contractors. You can also download this information on your Square Dashboard on the Payroll tab. It will be under the Tax Form section.
Also, I recommend checking out the article Understanding and Distributing Your From(s) 1099-MISC.
