How do we create unique access for each of 25 co-op members without more fees?

We are a co-op with 25 members.  We have two members who handle accounting/banking.  The rest work retail shifts.  How do we get unique access for members without paying additional fees for each member?  How do we get access to daily/weekly/monthly sales reports?

 

We are paying higher processing fees with Square than with our previous processing service and can't afford per-member fees on top of that.

It seems like Employee Management would be a good fit for you except for the fees. https://squareup.com/pos/employee-management  At the bottom of the page, there is a suggestion to contact Sales if you have a lot of employees.
