Hello @mettamealsva !
This is relatively easy to set up!
On your Point of Sale, go to Settings -> Hardware -> Printers
If you have already set up the printer for in-house order printing, select that printer, then skip the next paragraph here.
If you have not set up the printer, Create a Printer Station. Name it whatever (bar, kitchen, receipt, etc), then choose your printer from the Printer Model section.
For Online Orders, tap the Online Order Tickets line. Toggle the switch on the next screen, then choose what categories you want to see printed. There is also a toggle for Automatically Print on this screen.
That should do it!

Thank you for your swift response. I already have the online order tickets to "automatically print new orders" Yet, it does not print online orders as they come in. Any other ideas?

Do you think it is because I have my order time set to 15-20 minutes to make? Would it print at the time it is DUE rather than as places?

@mettamealsva The only time the system should hold orders is if the customer ordered for later pickup.
Do make sure you have the correct categories enabled for the online settings for the printer.
Also make sure your main tablet is on the same network as the printer. I can't tell you how many hours I wasted troubleshooting that one... 😖

@mettamealsva Make sure your volume is maxed on the tablet. I will tell you that the order alert isn't that loud at all, especially in a busy environment.
One other thing you may want to consider is downloading the Weebly app. Once you have that set up it alerts you to any incoming orders. The app is rough around the edges when it comes to item management, but the order alerts work well.
