How do I add a booking button to my Instagram if it’s connected to one I’m locked out of?

I am locked out of my old Instagram account so I wanted to add my booking button to my new one. However I cannot get into the old one to unlink it. Can I do it through the app?

HI, did you ever sign into your old instagram on your desktop?  If so, it may have saved the login information.  Also, Instagram does have a few options that are only available on desktop.
