How can I limit customers appointments times?

I want to offer multiple services per appointment however I do not want appointments to exceed a certain timeframe… is this possible? 

For example, customer can book up to 2 hours per appointment… it can be 4x30 min services; 2x60 min services; or 1x120min service

I took a look through Appointments settings and unfortunately it doesn't look like this option is available at the moment. The closest it's able to do is restrict multiple appointments from being booked by a customer, but not restrict an overall time frame. 

 

Are you able to let me know about your use case here so we can understand how the feature would be of benefit to your business? For instance is it to make sure one customer doesn't monopolise the appointment slots on a day, or for giving staff breaks between appointments? Cheers!

Hi Seamus 

You captured the exact use case. I want to ensure that one client doesn’t monopolize all the appointment slots on a given day. 

I'm using Appointments to manage my time for a food pop up. Each menu item blocks off a certain amount of time per customer. 

I want to provide customers the opportunity to choose multiple items but not book the entire event. Thanks again!
