How can I get this issue resolved?
I responded to a request on 10/27 sending funds to my younger brother account for whatever reason the payment was rejected. However, it’s a week later and those funds haven’t been made available to me! My bank has it pending because they were never notified that the transaction was canceled by cash app and cash app won’t respond to any of my emails to get it resolved! I’ve sent multiple emails I’ve even called Square customer service and they’re were supposed forward my request but yet I haven’t heard anything from anyone! Please help!!!!
