9 months ago we received multiple donations on our square online store. Yes we had a donation tab set up but we were getting 20-30 donations from the same person with different card numbers for amounts as low as $1 to $5000. Square initially accused us of some how using inferior email provider and even shut our account down. After months of back and forth communications we finally had the account reactivated.
Three days ago it started again. We received 2 $1 donations and I left the store up but set it to not process and payment. Today I see some how another $1 donation was made from the same person. How did they get that through if the store is shut down.
