Discount rules for Customer Groups AND Categories.

Is there a way to have a discount rule to be applied to a customer group and an items category?

Example: I have some catering accounts and I want to have 15% off discount for these clients setup in my catering group who but wine and a 5% off beer. 

Is there a way to setup discount rules that when I add a client from the catering group of my directory to get the 15% discount off from the wine category and the 5% off from the beer category?

It looks like I can only apply one rule to a discount, not 2 or more if certain criteria is met.

Hmmm, that's an interesting request. It is not currently possible to apply more than one rule to a discount. 

I will be moving your post to a Feature Requests board so our team has visibility of it when planning for future updates.
