Delete all items from Weebly, but keep in POS, then sync over only items I want.

Is there a way to start fresh, delete all items from Weebly that have synced over-- yet keep them in the POS?

Then, sync over ONLY items I want--or, better yet, create new items online and not sync anything from the POS nor have the new items sync over to the POS after created.

Thank you for coming back to the Community! 

Yes, you can bulk edit the items in your Online Store. Go to Online > Items > Check the items > Bulk Edit (right side). This will show you a drop down menu with your options. The one you will want to click is "Remove from site"

I see a delete but when I select that, it says they will also be deleted from my Square library. I just want them off the Weebly site.

Hi @Maggies_lunch! I'm stepping in for Kassi real fast. You won't be able to delete the item only from your Online Store because the inventory of both are synced together. What you can do, is hide the item from your online store so it isn't visible to your customers. To do this, edit that item you want hidden and scroll down until you see this:

From there, choose hidden.

ok this will hide, but the question is the same issue i am having, how do i get rid of all the items in my weebly site and reload again from my Square POS?   I have reorganized catagories and have 1600 items and impossible to find each in online. Second, I added inventory to my POS and online was set to VISIBLE so i cannot identify which items are new so i can assign a category. Website does not allow filter on blank category which is silly, only can search if an item HAS an existing Category.

@European-Foods Unfortunately, we don't have a great solution that will allow you to make changes to all of your items quickly. If you delete the items in your online store, that will also delete them in your Square Dashboard because the two are synced. The best course of action will be to move the items around as you suspected, so that you can organize everything as needed.

Not good news. Is there a way to download item in excel list as you can do from dashboard? And then modify and reload into the online items. For example, to make shipping work you need weights. Square does not have a spot for weight , I cannot open 1600 items to edit for weight so I can ship. It would be much easier to download in excel and do. Or at least add weight on the Square item and synchronize with online items. You guys really messed this up when you laid it out. Did not think through. If I was selling 10 items then ok, but most do not.

@European-Foods I wish I had better news, but unfortunately none of those things are possible with Square Online. You will need to enter the weight manually for all items. 

I definitely see how these feature requests are major pain points for your business and have already passed the feedback directly to my team. We will keep an eye out for any updates that come our way, but I don't have a timeline for when this will be released.
