Customizing Invoices

I will be using my Square primarily to rent our vacation cottage. Is there a way to customize the invoice so that each time I create a new invoice, all I will have to do is add the dates and pricing?  I would also like to have a disclaimer included on the invoice that would not be on the receipt.

I guess my primary question is how much freedom do we have to customize our invoices and, if the answer is "logo only" is there any possibility this will change in the (near) future?

Thanks!!

Currently invoice layout set and the logo is the only thing you can change.  You will have to put the date and disclaimer in the notes section of the item once added to the invoice.

The invoice feature is fairly new and is still going through changes.  Maybe someday we will have more functionality to customize to our business needs.

Thanks! I am looking forward to the day when we will be able to customize our invoices. Still, I am happy we can do what we can now.

Hi @JoDay12 - What kind of customizations are you looking for?

You should also check the Q&A our product manager for Invoices Rohini did. She shares some pretty cool tips for building Invoices in that thread.
