Customer Card Processing Fee
I'd like to set up a processing fee for card transactions, but not for cash transactions.
Is this possible?

Hi @arcwm. It is possible. You’d set up a Service Charge and then your employees would have to manually add that charge to the tickets that required it. You can also set up service charges to be automatically applied to online orders, but there are more steps that you will be prompted to complete when you set up that service charge.
One last thing as you set this up… Remember that you are technically only allowed to pass on processing fees to customers for CREDIT cards, not debit cards, not prepaid cards, etc. This is a general Visa/MC/Amex/Discover rule that has been overridden by some states. You’ll have to check your state to see if they’ve told the card processing companies to get over themselves. If yours hasn’t, then the card processing companies could decide to revoke your privileges to process their particular card.
