Create a login in for team member

I am confused on how to have my Square POS ask for a login for each person performing a transaction. I would like to give my employee limited permissions, but how does the POS know

if it's her doing a transaction so that it applies the permissions versus me doing a transaction granting full permission? Please help!

Hi, thank you so much for trying. I already have the permissions set. I have my employee assigned to team permissions which include some restrictions. How do I make sure the POS 

knows it's her using the system and should be applying the restrictions?

Okay, I assigned her an individual passcode that is different than mine, so I think that should work. Our POS is set up that it asks for a passcode, which we were all using the same one, then it takes you directly to the register screen with all permissions and all information visible. I changed

that passcode so, upon logging in next time, will it decline that passcode? At which point, hopefully, she can enter the one I assigned her with restrictions? Am I on the right track?

HI, all team members should have their own passcode.  If you changed the main passcode everyone was using, then everyone needs to be setup for a passcode.
