Clients info while scheduling
I'm wondering why I can't see a customers prior sales when making an appointment with the "+" sign. I'm a dog groomer and the prices and how many dogs is needed when making a new appointment. Do I have to make them another way to see what I charged the last time?

Hey @PeaceLovePaws1 -
You won't be able to see your clients past appointments during the booking process. You'll want to click their name from the Customer Directory prior to booking so you can view any of their previous appointments there. Then you can go into the calendar to book once you have a sense of what you charged them the last time.
Let us know if you need help with anything else!

I wish that was different so its easier to book when I'm on the phone. When I book from a clients file it doesn't ask me if I want to send an appointment confirmation ... Does it still send one?

@PeaceLovePaws1 You should be asked each time if you want to send an appointment notification via email or text (that is, if you have both an email address and phone number saved to the client's profile.) You also should see an option that says "Don't Send a Notification". The drop down option should look like this once you've scheduled a client:
