Client rescheduling a prepaid appointment
I have my appointments all set to prepaid. When a client schedules online, they must pay this to book.
I recently turned on the ability for clients to reschedule. I’ve only had one person use this option so far.
my question is, does square charge the prepay amount every time they reschedule? This client has rescheduled twice now. So I’m not sure if she’s been charged 3 times.

If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule a prepaid appointment, they must contact you directly to do so. Any changes made to a prepaid appointment after it is booked will not be reflected in your reports, and will require a manual refund if needed. This means that no, we do not auto refund them or charge them twice.
If they were to cancel and then book again, yes, they would be charged again but not for rescheduling. I hope that answers your question! 🌠
