Change subject line in order confirmation email

Currently, the subject line for an order confirmation email is "Your download is ready!" I can't figure out how to change it. I had to select the "digital products" category for items but I'm just delivering a digital coaching NOT a download. So I absolutely HAVE to change the subject line since it won't make sense to my clients. Is there a way to do that?

Hello @drleipold thanks for your post. Try this link and see if it takes you to your settings to change the text in those emails. If this link doesn't work, go to your Dashboard...

Online > Marketing > Communications > Email and Text alerts

Yes, I know how to change the text in an email...I need to change the subject line of the email when it's delivered. Right now the subject line reads: "Your download is ready." But I don't have any downloads. This doesn't make sense to my clients. How to I change the text of the email SUBJECT LINE?

I have the same issue.

It is completely ridiculous that you can't change the subject line on these automated emails.

Square keeps pushing new features but missing some very basic stuff.

Hi there - have you been able to figure out how to change the Confirmation email Subject Line not stating your download is ready?  I feel like this is going to hinder my usage of the tool.

@erodgers411 There is no solution until they change it.

It is included in my list of changes that is being reviewed by Square. Please like to show how important it is.
