Can't choose what location/business name shows on top of QR link?

Ok, I wrote a detailed post, but put an arrow in it to highlight something, and lost everything after the arrow, because it was detected as bad html. Then I rewrote it, but when I pressed enter, was timed out, and lost it all again. Now I'm just summarizing: I tried a lot of different things, but can't seem to get rid of the wrong business/location name at the top of a QR code page. Can change title, but not business. How can I fix this? Thank you

some things tried:

- change business name and address, etc in app

- log out and in of app selecting new location/business

- change name and email in account settings on dashboard

- deactivate the location I don't want from locations in dashboard

- a few other things I don't remember now

It sounds like this may be occurring because QR codes are not location specific - but I do wonder why it's defaulting to one of your locations and not the other. Do you have the QR code link @apprenticefrien? 

Also - if you haven't already, please go to Square Dashboard > Account & Settings > Locations and make the necessary adjustments.

I figured they weren't necessarily overtly location specific, but locations seem to have a lot of nuances - for instance, since I changed location on my phone, when I tried to make an instant deposit, I found I wasn't able to simply deposit from my balance, but had to link the new location to the bank account.  Tying QR codes to specific locations seems like a useful function to me, FWIW.

I am not sure what adjustments you are suggesting on the locations section of the dashboard.

It's not drop everything right away urgent, but I do need to separate my music from my craft and floral businesses here soon...

I will definitely post any  solutions if I come up with them. Never know when someone else will have the same issue, but usually someone eventually will.
