Can’t add stars to customer after sale is completed
I do know how to do this, we used to do it all the time! Now, when I return to the customer profile to add a star.. all I see is the trophy. I also can’t see anyone’s amount of stars, it says zero for everyone! What is going on!? Also, square won’t return any of my emails asking for help.

Hello @Captainstoker, I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a reply from our Customer Success Team. You should have received an email by now.
Did you check to make sure you're running the the most up to date version of Square Point of Sale? As well as the operating system for your device?
Older versions of the app will not allow you to update the stars on a customers profile.
