Can another phone in another location use my same inventory and bank account?

Help!  I have two events in one day at the same time.  I need another person to be able to use my inventory and make transactions to the same account.  How in the world do i do it? It’s on Sunday. I have two sets of square devices but no idea how to set them up without having to rebuild allthat inventory again.

This will be very easy as all of your Square settings and Items are in the cloud.

on the second device, all you have to do is to sign in to the device with your email address and password and all your items and such will be synced in a few seconds to that device and it will be ready to accept payments.  you'll just have to connect a Square reader to it or you can type in payments at a slightly higher rate.

Just to add that you could also invite someone to take payments for your business using a feature called Mobile Staff (it's free!). From your online Dashboard you invite this person to create a Mobile Staff account. When they log in to that account they will be able to see your item library and take payments but they won't have access to your bank account or business information. Because they've been invited by you to create a Mobile Staff account, any payments they accept will be deposit to your linked bank account.
