Can Order Tickets show price of item(s) on ticket?
Hi,
Is there a way to show price of item(s) on Order Tickets? If not, is there a workaround?
Best,

Hi there, @Cjung 👋 Thanks for adding your voice here to the Seller Community! We are happy to have you and great to hear from you again.
As of now, the ability to add pricing to your Order Tickets is considered a Feature Request. Currently the only printed receipt option to include pricing of items would be the physical receipt that is printed for the customer at the point of checkout. While it is not an ideal workaround, you can print multiple copies of your customers receipts to use for internal purposes in house if you like!
I am happy to pass your needs and suggestion back to our Product Teams for future consideration if you like! If so, feel free to reply with some more details on how this feature would improve your business needs and I will get it in the hands of those who will review!
Let me know if you have any questions. I am here to help!

Hi Joe,
I appreciate the response. Whether small or large restaurants, I know from experience that in some establishments like ours, kitchen managers have incentives based on food cost. Since there are a lot of moving parts along w/ particular requests from guests at a restaurant, kitchen managers want to ensure their performance isn’t impacted from human error. Also, it provides a better path to training if similar errors continuously occur. ~ thanks
