Can I use Square to accept cards for a business class project?

I need a way to accept credit card payments for a class project. We have to operate a business for 2 hours. We are going to take photos with the Easter Bunny downtown.  I would like to accept cash only but know most people don't carry cash.  Is square the answer? I'm not really starting a business.

Square will work just fine for a quick project like that or a full on business.  create your account and get your bank account linked to your deposits and you should be good to go.  check out the article I linked below for getting started tips.
