Can I print to a Star TSP100III USP Printer from an app other than Square on the Square Stand?

I want to print from another app, OrderEm (that uses Square Payment Processing) using my receipt printer (Star TSP100III) connected to the Square Stand. Currently, I can only print with the Square App. The OrderEm app can print successfully when connected directly to the printer. However, it does not find the printer when it is connected through the Square Stand.

I'm afraid there's not much help we can provide in regards to the OrderEm app and how it integrates with the Point of Sale app and your printers. 

Your best option would be to reach out to them directly, as any integration with Square is built and supported by the integrating partner directly.
