Automatically convert estimate to invoice

I know this can be done as you go through the estimate. Can this be set as a standard so you don’t have to remember to click the button to change to automatically change from estimate to invoice? 

same question for the payment terms. I would like 50% down on every invoice. Is there a way to set that or does it need to be changed separately on each estimate.

There's not a way to automatically make these default to that every time and would need to be edited to do so each time.

I can see how that'd be useful! There's not an existing feature request thread for this so other sellers can add to this if they're looking for it as well and it'll be tracked here.
