Arranging items within categories
Up until today, I have arranged my items within my Site Categories, and they have appeared that way in my online store. Now, although I order the items a particular way within my Site Categories, they are not showing up that way in my online store. This just seems to have changed today?!
The template I use is Online Ordering as my products are edible items. I do not use the Shop All template.
Thanks for any help or insight anyone can give me.

Are you still having trouble with this? I did a little digging with the support teams, and it looks like there was a recent bug that may have caused the issue you were experiencing.

I am having the same trouble. I can get to the screen to arrange, I can drag the items, but no matter where I drop it, it always goes back to the original order. We've been arranging things ever since we started the website and it started all of a sudden recently. Also, it would be great if we could sort answers/searches into "most recent". Answers from 2016 are usually not relevant today.

The issue seems to be resolved. My items are appearing in my online store in the order I have them on site categories.
