Appointments: Confirmation texts are sending an hour earlier time than the one entered in calendar

Randomly my confirmation texts are sending an hour earlier time than the one entered in calendar. How do i fix?

Thanks for your post @Loco_lashes5566! This help article has the steps to troubleshoot this issue: Appointment Notifications in the Wrong Time Zone.

 

If you're clients' reminder texts are still being sent early give our CS team a call and an Appoinments Specialist can take a closer look for you.

I have text and email reminders set but it keeps sending at 3am cst weather it's set at 12 or 8 hours....  help!

I have my settings set to "lock booking time zone to business time zone" but when my clients receive confirmation texts while in another time zone their confirmation will adjust to the timezone they're in. Is there any way to fix it so my clients will receive confirmations in my businesses timezone no matter where they are?

While in a different time zone Appointment Confirmation will still align with the correct time. At this moment, we do not have a way to adjust this to be also locket to your time zone @essentialnails I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request. 

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
