Adding Sales Tax on top of the item price?

I live in Kansas where we have multiple different sales tax rates for different counties. When setting up sales tax I found only 3 options: include tax info item prices, charge tax on shipping rates, and charge taxes on delivery. How can I have it add tax on top of my prices?

As long as you do not check any of the boxes pictured below, then the tax rates you create will apply directly to your items.
