#1 GCard Discount not reflecting in reports

#1   DISCOUNT given on gift cards which reflectes on receipt but not on REPORTS.  

 

#2  Is it possible to make accounting/reciept corrections? ie: to fix above transaction?

To make sure I am understanding you correctly, are you looking for your reports to reflect a discount given to your customers when buying a gift card?

 

Discounts on purchases will only reflect in your reports if you have the specific Discounts created within your Items Tab. I jumped into your account, and I wasn't able to see any created discounts - which may be the discrepancy you are experiencing.

 

Concerning your second inquiry, transactions are not able to be edited once completed. The best workaround here would be to refund the transaction and then retake the transaction with the appropriate discount. This will ensure reporting is correct!
