IPAD PRO 12.9
t prest the POS system uses a smaller cheaper iPad. A redesign of the pedestal to be more flexible would be favorable long term.

I love new tech too, but the Square Point-Of-Sale doesn't require a lot of graphics power and wouldn't take advantage of the more expensive devices at this point. For myself, I have my iPad locked in that terminal all the time and it doesn't get used for anything else - so if it works, it might as well be an older model and save me some money!

The larger iPad Pro 12.9 is easier to use with the larger screen. This is why I like the big iPads.
Blunt fingers tend to work better on it.
I also own an old iPad Mini so I am aware of the other extreme.
