Adding a customized terms and condition for customers to accept before placing a delivery order

Hi,

 

It seems like different businesses have different ways of doing their own delivery and have certain limitations and restrictions ( time restrictions, location restrictions, product restrictions). Although we are aware, it is impossible to come up with a feature that would solve the needs for all the businesses, a simple fix would be to add "terms and conditions" pop up right before the customer places an order for delivery that they have to accept for the order to be fulfilled.  Businesses can add their terms of delivery as they fit. Terms like 

" we deliver between 2:00pm and 4:00pm only"

or "we only offer curb side delivery", "

"we deliver in these areas on these days only",

" please refer to our delivery schedule link for location and timing "

"any custom message"

 

Its a very simple fix and it can help the business customize their policies and relay the message effectively to the customer.

 

Currently, I am using a modifier in my item page as terms and conditions with min req as 1 ( hence clicking on it is mandatory else item will not be added to the cart) , for customers to accept the terms but when you have over 50 items, it doesn't make sense to put the modifier in every item not to mention my order page looks messy!

 

Hope you add this simple feature soon
